    Angelica Gin

    NOSE
    Dry and herbal, with prominent dill and caraway balancing the juniper. Hints of pink peppercorn and turmeric add warmth and depth.

    PALATE
    Bright and clean, with the herbal complexity unfolding beautifully. Juniper takes the lead, supported by woody notes of angelica root and the spice of pink peppercorn.

    FINISHA lingering warmth from the turmeric and a subtle peppery note.

    Whisky Raw No. 4

    NOSE
    Notes from ripe stone fruit, honey, malted barley and oak.

    PALATE
    Cane sugar molasses, coconut, vanilla, white pepper, cloves and Hungarian oak cover your palate.

    FINISH
    The finish is elegant with a pleasant drynes from oak tannins and soft bitterness from green almonds.
